Making the Final Decision
MW Search presents clients with a top-notch, well-suited group of candidates, which can make the final decision complicated. We remain active partners during this stage of the search, assisting our client in making a well-informed choice. While the ultimate decision is up to our client, we provide recommendations as needed. We also maintain close contact with our finalists to help wrap up discussions. Though we don't offer legal advice, we support our clients in thinking through compensation packages and offer guidance on relocation and family matters.
